Yesterday, Jesse Reising, Republican candidate for Illinois’ Thirteenth Congressional District, announces the endorsements of elected officials from Macon and Piatt Counties.
Kevin Greenfield, Macon County Board Chairman; Linda Little, Macon County Board Vice Chair; Ryan Kreke, Macon County Board Member; Jeffrey Entler, Macon County Board Member; Jake Horve, Macon County Board Member; Debra Kraft, Macon County Board Member; Todd Henricks, Piatt County Board Member; Jim Peck, Forsyth Village President; Pat Tieman, Bement Village President
“Thank you to those from my home and neighboring counties for joining me in this fight to restore the first principles that made our country great: limited government, free enterprise, personal responsibility, and opportunity for all,” said Reising. “I am honored and humbled by the strong support from community leaders, and I intend to continue outworking my Democratic opponent, Nikki Budzinski, as we enter the general election at the end of this month.”
These local endorsements come shortly after Reising received support from two nationally prominent Conservatives, United States Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas and President Trump’s Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Ben Carson. Reising continues to build grassroots support across the thirteenth district and gain national momentum ahead of the June 28th primary election.
