Crime Stoppers Annual Trivia Night

Crime Stoppers of Sangamon and Menard Counties will hold its 13th Annual Trivia Night on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the Bank of Springfield (BOS) Center located in downtown Springfield. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with live music, and the trivia game starts at 6:30 p.m.

This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever by working to beat 2023’s record of 142 tables. You can sign your team up on the Crime Stoppers website at www.cashfortips.us. Or, call 622-9547 to register by phone.

In addition to attending the event, Crime Stoppers is seeking several sponsors or donors and says there are several options available.

The first-place team will receive $500, second place $300, and third place $200. The event will feature a variety of activities, including live music, a wall of wine, a 10 for 10 raffle, and a 50/50 drawing.

This year’s event will, again, feature Emcees Sam Madonia from 1450 Sports Radio, John Spalding from WFMB-FM, and Joe Crain, Director of Public Programs and Community Engagement with the Abraham Lincoln Library and Museum. Questions are prepared by Russ Friedewald of Trivia Workshop. Guests can bring their own food and snacks, and there will be refreshments available for purchase at the BOS center.
