The suspect, believed to be male, unlawfully entered the premises by breaching the business's fence. Once inside, the individual targeted a van with an attached trailer, causing substantial damage estimated at $4000 as he drove through the fence. The van also contained valuable items, including Xerox printers worth $1500.
