Crime Stoppers: Crime of the Week

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in reference to a Theft. 

On March 16th, 2024, around 6 pm, officers were called to Brandy’s, located at 732 North Grand Ave East, in reference to a patron who had left her purse behind, and when she returned, it was gone.  

A video from the business shows a white female with dark-colored hair taking the purse.  The purse contained cash along with debit and credit cards.  One of the cards was tried at another business in town the following day.  The female suspect was there with a white male who may also be involved.   Images of the two can be found on the Crime Stoppers website, cashfortips.us.
