This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking to assist the Rochester Police Department in identifying an individual accused of using stolen credit cards.

On August 22 and then again on September 5, several vehicles were broken into at Rochester Community Park, where purses and wallets were taken.

Then, in the early evening of September 5, a white male wearing black sweatpants and a t-shirt attempted to use two of the stolen credit cards at Best Buy (3193 S Veterans Parkway). Images of the individual can be found on the Crime Stoppers website, cashfortips.us

If you have any information regarding this incident or can identify the suspect, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427 or submit a tip on cashfortips.us

If your tip results in an arrest, you could receive a cash reward of up to $2500.  Remember, Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.
