Kreischer Bringing Stand-Up Tour to Springfield

Comedian Bert Kreischer is scheduled to perform at the University of Illinois Springfield Performing Arts Center on Saturday, Dec. 12, as part of his ongoing “Permission to Party” World Tour.

The Springfield stop is one of several newly added dates extending the tour through the end of 2026, following continued demand for the show.

Tickets are available with prices range from $39.75 to $125 and will be available through the UIS Performing Arts Center website.

Kreischer, known for his storytelling style and high-energy performances, has built a career that spans stand-up comedy, television, film, and podcasting. He was once labeled Rolling Stone’s “Number One Partier in the Nation” and has since become one of the top-grossing comedians touring today.

His recent work includes the Netflix special “Lucky,” which was filmed in his hometown of Tampa and debuted among the platform’s most-watched content following its release in 2025. He also stars in the scripted comedy series “Free Bert,” which premiered in January 2026 and was quickly renewed for a second season.

Beyond stand-up, Kreischer produces multiple podcasts and digital series through Berty Boy Productions, including “Bertcast,” “Something’s Burning,” and “2 Bears, 1 Cave,” which he co-hosts with comedian Tom Segura. His broader ventures include the Fully Loaded Comedy Festival and a spirits brand launched with Segura.
