LLCC Awarded 10-year Reaffirmation of Accreditation

Lincoln Land Community College has been awarded a full, 10-year reaffirmation of accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), an institutional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

"This action by the HLC confirms that LLCC meets the highest criteria for accreditation and federal compliance, with no recommended improvements or interim monitoring required,” said Dr. Charlotte Warren, LLCC president. "We are thrilled with this great honor and testament to the excellence and value of the education we offer.”

"I commend our faculty and staff who work tirelessly to move our college forward and serve our students,” she added.

To further serve students and keep college affordable, LLCC has announced a tuition freeze for the upcoming year that will keep the standard tuition rate at $137 per credit hour. This translates to approximately $2,000 in tuition per semester for a full-time student, with financial aid and scholarships available.

Lincoln Land is also offering a free class this summer to new students and students returning to LLCC after more than a year. More information is available at
