Memorial Health will provide free breast cancer screenings throughout October at all five of its hospitals for women age 40 and older who are uninsured or underinsured. The program, known as Mammogram Mondays, takes place each year during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Screenings are available by appointment only; walk-ins will not be accepted. Educational materials will also be provided, including information on breast health and instructions for self-exams.
Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the participating hospital directly:

Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, 1600 W. Walnut St. – Call 447-784-3585 (funded by Jacksonville Memorial Foundation)
