After more than 90,000 patient experience surveys received in 2022, over 230 Springfield Clinic providers achieved the top 10% in national rank for patient experience. And, the number of providers that moved up to the Top 1% in national rank has more than tripled.

These consistent efforts from our providers and the teamwork with their care teams have increased Springfield Clinic’s net promoter score, a measurement of patients’ likelihood to recommend the practice to friends and family, by six points over the past two years. Springfield Clinic’s NPS score currently sits at 85, an exceptional score against industry benchmarks.
