Dessert is more than a meal—it’s an experience that brings joy to any table. What better way to indulge your sweet tooth than with an easy, homemade cake?

October 14 is National Dessert Day, a time to celebrate the sweetness in life. Whether you share it with family or savor it solo, dessert is always worth celebrating.


Simple Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whole milk


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan.

  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until the batter is smooth.

  5. Pour into the pan and bake for 45–50 minutes. Cool, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
