Bistro Verde, the student-led café at Lincoln Land Community College, reopened in late Janaury and is serving customers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Since reopening, the café has been operating as Bistro To Go, a counter-service format offering soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, coffee and other beverages. The Bistro To Go service runs through February 26.

The café will shift to its full Bistro Verde dine-in format beginning March 25. The casual lunch service will include appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts, coffees and chef-inspired dishes prepared from scratch. The café will be closed April 21–23.

Bistro Verde is located inside the east entrance of the Workforce Careers Center on the LLCC campus at 5250 Shepherd Road. Menu information, ordering details and reservation instructions are available at www.llcc.edu/bistro-verde.

Bistro Verde operates as part of the Hospitality and Culinary Arts program at Lincoln Land Community College, where students gain hands-on experience by running a café open to the public. The college offers associate degrees in culinary arts and hospitality management and services, along with professional certificates in culinary and hospitality fields.
