Sangamon and Menard County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in solving a burglary and vandalism case at White Oaks Mall. The incidents occurred during the early morning hours of November 13 and November 17, causing several thousand dollars’ worth of damage to the property.
Springfield Police responded to the mall, located at 2501 Wabash Avenue, where they found extensive damage caused by the suspects, who appear to be teenagers. The vandalism included broken windows, damaged fixtures, and water pipes, as well as discharged fire extinguishers throughout the building.
