Crime Stoppers Seeking Information on Theft and Damage at Pita or Bowl

Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in connection with a theft and property damage at Pita or Bowl in Springfield.

According to the Springfield Police Department, the incident occurred on September 17, 2026, at approximately 3:30 a.m. at Pita or Bowl, located at 848 E. South Grand Avenue.

Surveillance footage captured a white male climbing a ladder onto the roof of the business. Once on the roof, the suspect began tampering with the building’s air conditioning units. A short time later, the individual was seen dropping a large item from the roof.

Authorities estimate that the damage to the air conditioning units exceeds $10,000.

Crime Stoppers has released images of the suspect in an effort to identify the individual and gather additional information about the incident. The images are available on the Crime Stoppers website at cashfortips.us.
