Crime Stoppers Seeks Tips in Old Navy Retail Theft

Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying two individuals involved in a retail theft at Old Navy in Springfield.


According to Crime Stoppers, the incident happened May 15, 2026, at the Old Navy located at 3261 South Veterans Parkway. Two suspects entered the store and selected a large amount of clothing merchandise from throughout the business.


After gathering the items, both suspects left the store without paying for the merchandise, Crime Stoppers said.


Both suspects were described as Black females. The first suspect was wearing purple scrubs, while the second was wearing a gray shirt and black leggings.


Anyone with information about the incident or who can identify either suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip at cashfortips.us or use the P3 app.


If a tip results in an arrest, the person providing the information could receive a cash reward of up to $2,500.
