New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles

The Giants stunned the Eagles 34-17, entering as road underdogs and controlling the game from start to finish. Cam Skattebo powered New York’s offense with three rushing touchdowns, while rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart added a 35-yard scoring strike to Wan’Dale Robinson and ran in another himself. Dart overcame two early interceptions, finishing 17 of 25 for 195 yards and 58 rushing yards. The Giants’ defense kept pressure on Jalen Hurts all afternoon, forcing his first interception of the season and sealing the win with a late pick by Cor’Dale Flott to snap Philadelphia’s winning streak.

Denver Broncos at New York Jets

The Broncos held off the Jets 13-11 in a gritty defensive battle in London. Bo Nix threw an early touchdown and Wil Lutz connected on a late 27-yard field goal to put Denver ahead for good. The Broncos’ defense dominated, sacking Justin Fields nine times and holding the Jets to an astonishing minus-10 net passing yards, the lowest total in NFL history. Denver’s front seven smothered every late comeback attempt, closing out the team’s third win of the year while New York remained winless.

Seattle Seahawks at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Seahawks grinded out a 20-12 road victory over the Jaguars behind a steady outing from Sam Darnold, who threw for 295 yards and two touchdowns to Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp. Seattle’s defense took over in the second half, forcing three punts and shutting down Jacksonville’s offense. The Jaguars were plagued by penalties and protection issues, allowing seven sacks on Trevor Lawrence and missing multiple scoring chances, while the Seahawks improved to 4-1 with another strong defensive showing.

Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins

The Chargers rallied past the Dolphins 29-27, opening as slight road underdogs with the total near 45; Los Angeles covered while the game stayed under. Justin Herbert shook off pressure on a final-minute play, connecting with Ladd McConkey for 42 yards to set up Cameron Dicker’s fifth field goal of the day. Herbert finished 29 of 38 for 264 yards and two touchdowns, while running back Kimani Vidal had 124 rushing yards and also caught a touchdown. Tua Tagovailoa threw for 205 yards and a score but committed three interceptions, including one in the closing drive that derailed Miami’s comeback.

Rams at Ravens

The Rams beat a Lamar Jackson-less Ravens team 17-3, opening as moderate road underdogs with the total near 40; Los Angeles covered while the total stayed under. Matthew Stafford led the way with a touchdown pass and the Rams defense held Baltimore to just a first-quarter field goal. The Rams’ goal-line stand late in the first half and opportunistic play on both sides of the ball allowed them to control the game despite penalty issues and offensive miscues earlier on. Baltimore, starting Cooper Rush in Jackson’s place, struggled to move the ball and turned it over on downs late.

Cardinals at Colts

The Colts rallied to beat the Cardinals 31-27, opening as home favorites with the total around 46; Indianapolis covered while the total went over. Daniel Jones threw two touchdown passes, and Jonathan Taylor powered in a 1-yard go-ahead rushing score with 4:32 left. Jones led a decisive 66-yard drive to take the lead for good in a game where both offenses dominated the second half. Taylor rushed for 123 yards, while rookie tight end Tyler Warren contributed six catches for 63 yards and a score. Arizona threatened late but couldn’t convert on fourth down from the Colts’ 9-yard line, sealing the comeback win.

Dallas Cowboys at Carolina Panthers

Rico Dowdle torched his former team for 239 yards from scrimmage, including 183 on the ground, as the Carolina Panthers edged the Dallas Cowboys 30–27 on a last-second 33-yard field goal by rookie Ryan Fitzgerald. Bryce Young went 17 of 25 for 199 yards and three touchdowns — two to rookie Tetairoa McMillan — leading Carolina to its third straight home win. Dowdle, who spent five seasons in Dallas, set a new franchise record for total yards in a single game while powering a 71-yard drive that drained the final six minutes before Fitzgerald’s kick sealed it. Dak Prescott threw for 261 yards and three scores for the Cowboys, who were dominated 216–31 in rushing yards as Carolina’s ground game and late composure proved decisive.

New England Patriots at New Orleans Saints

Drake Maye threw three touchdown passes, two of them to Louisiana native Kayshon Boutte, as the New England Patriots held off the New Orleans Saints 25–19 in the Superdome. Boutte, who bought 40 tickets for friends and family, finished with five receptions for 93 yards, including a crucial 21-yard grab on third-and-11 that sealed the game in the final minutes. Maye went 18 of 26 for 261 yards and connected with DeMario Douglas for a 53-yard score as New England won its third straight to move to 4–2. The Saints, led by Spencer Rattler’s 227 passing yards, struggled to finish drives, settling for four Blake Grupe field goals and a short Taysom Hill touchdown run. A late Juwan Johnson fumble on video review ended New Orleans’ best chance at a comeback as New England’s defense clamped down to preserve the win.

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers threw for 235 yards and two touchdowns as the Pittsburgh Steelers extended their regular-season home dominance over the Cleveland Browns to 22 straight games with a 23–9 victory at Acrisure Stadium. Rodgers connected with Connor Heyward and DK Metcalf for second-half scores while avoiding a single sack from Myles Garrett and Cleveland’s top-ranked defense. Pittsburgh’s pass rush overwhelmed Browns rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel, recording six sacks and 16 quarterback hits as the defense suffocated an offense that has now gone 11 straight games without topping 17 points. Gabriel managed 221 yards on 52 attempts, but the Steelers’ efficiency and discipline on both sides of the ball turned a physical AFC North slugfest into a statement win for a surging Pittsburgh team now firmly in the division race.

Tennessee Titans at Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders snapped their four-game losing streak with a dominant defensive showing, shutting down the Tennessee Titans 20–10 at Allegiant Stadium. Devin White led the charge with nine tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, and an interception, joining rare company in franchise history with his all-around performance. Maxx Crosby added two sacks as the Raiders pressured rookie quarterback Cam Ward relentlessly, sacking him six times and holding Tennessee scoreless in the first half. Geno Smith managed 174 yards and a touchdown for Las Vegas, while Ashton Jeanty added 75 yards and a score on the ground. The Titans, who lost receiver Calvin Ridley to a hamstring injury early, struggled to move the ball and fell to 1–5 as the Raiders’ defense dictated the game from start to finish.

San Francisco 49ers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield threw two touchdown passes and delivered a highlight-reel scramble on third-and-14 to set up the decisive score as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the short-handed San Francisco 49ers 30–19. Playing through injuries, Mayfield went 17 of 23 for 256 yards, connecting with Kameron Johnson for a 34-yard touchdown and rookie Tez Johnson for a 45-yard strike that broke the game open. Tampa Bay’s defense sealed the win when Jamel Dean intercepted Mac Jones late in the fourth quarter, leading to a Chase McLaughlin field goal that put the game out of reach. Jones threw for 347 yards and two interceptions filling in for Brock Purdy, while Christian McCaffrey totaled 111 yards and scored San Francisco’s lone touchdown. The victory lifted the Buccaneers to 5–1, while the injury-plagued 49ers fell to 4–2 and lost star linebacker Fred Warner to a season-ending ankle injury.

Cincinnati Bengals at Green Bay Packers

Josh Jacobs powered through illness to rush for 93 yards and two touchdowns as the Green Bay Packers held off Joe Flacco and the Cincinnati Bengals 27–18 at Lambeau Field. Making his Bengals debut just days after being traded, the 40-year-old Flacco threw for 219 yards and two scores but couldn’t rally Cincinnati from a 10-point halftime deficit. Jordan Love went 19 of 26 for 259 yards and a touchdown to Tucker Kraft, while newly signed kicker Lucas Havrisik sealed the win with a 39-yard field goal in his first NFL game since 2023. Jacobs’ second touchdown run gave Green Bay breathing room in the fourth quarter, and the Packers’ defense withstood a late Flacco push as Evan McPherson missed a 56-yard attempt that ended Cincinnati’s comeback hopes. The victory pushed Green Bay to 3–1–1, while the Bengals dropped their fourth straight.

Detroit Lions at Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes threw for 257 yards and three touchdowns, adding another score on the ground, as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Detroit Lions 30–17 in a dominant Sunday night performance that ended in a brief postgame brawl. Mahomes connected with Marquise Brown for two touchdowns and Xavier Worthy for another, guiding Kansas City to a penalty-free, turnover-free win that snapped Detroit’s four-game winning streak. The Lions’ frustration boiled over at the end when safety Brian Branch struck JuJu Smith-Schuster, sparking a melee at midfield — an act head coach Dan Campbell called “inexcusable.” Jared Goff passed for 203 yards and two touchdowns, but Detroit’s offense struggled to sustain drives against a sharp Chiefs defense. With the win, Mahomes became the fastest player in NFL history to reach 300 career touchdown passes, achieving the milestone in just 139 games. The victory evened Kansas City’s record at 3–3, while the Lions dropped to 4–2.

Buffalo Bills at Atlanta Falcons

Bijan Robinson exploded for 238 yards from scrimmage, including an electrifying 81-yard touchdown run, as the Atlanta Falcons defeated the Buffalo Bills 24–14 on Monday Night Football. Robinson rushed for 170 yards on 19 carries and added six receptions for 68 yards, while rookie quarterback Michael Penix Jr. efficiently threw for 250 yards and two touchdowns, including one to Drake London, who finished with 158 yards receiving. Josh Allen struggled with two interceptions despite throwing for 180 yards and two scores, as Buffalo’s offense failed to capitalize on key opportunities, including a blocked field goal and a failed fourth-down attempt. Atlanta’s defense sealed the win with a late interception, improving the Falcons to 3–2 while the Bills fell to 4–2 heading into their bye week.

Washington Commanders at Chicago Bears

Jake Moody drilled a 38-yard field goal as time expired to give the Chicago Bears a 25–24 victory over the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football. Quarterback Caleb Williams led a composed nine-play, 36-yard drive in the final minute after Jayden Daniels fumbled a handoff that shifted momentum back to Chicago. D’Andre Swift fueled the Bears’ offense with 175 yards from scrimmage, including a 55-yard touchdown reception, while Chicago’s defense held strong down the stretch to secure the win. The victory moved the Bears to 3–3 on the season, while the Commanders fell to 3–3 after letting a potential road win slip away.
