This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in resolving a burglary and theft that occurred at the Roofers Union, located at 301 E. Spruce, on June 3, around 1:30 a.m.
Video captured two white males stealing parts to an air conditioning unit on the roof.
Damage to the unit is estimated to be in excess of $10,000.00. One of the males had a dark-colored goatee and possibly a tattoo on the back of his neck. He was seen leaving the area on a dark-colored bicycle, pulling a trailer with bright pink wheels. The second subject is bald and has light-colored facial hair. He was seen on a red and white bicycle.
